DX 3.0 is an advanced server software stack that provides virtual disaggregation capability for GPU servers. The base layer includes a server software operating system and an isolated resource partitioning environment, wrapped into a machine deployment mechanism driven by the Drut Software Platform (DSP). GPU servers are created by the Drut Fabric Manager (DFM), building vPODs out of the available machine partitions.
Drut's DynamicXcelerator disaggregated hardware architecture provides real hardware innovation for modern data centers. Its innovative approach to cloud software involves disaggregating hardware and software, closing the loop between hardware composition and software application layer provisioning. With an ultra-low latency photonic fabric, the platform is designed for modern cloud, AI, and HPC workloads. It also includes GPU virtualization and GPU cluster fabric, and can be deployed in single rack-to-cluster size deployments across rows and pods.
